Provider Profile
Asking for help is one of the most vulnerable—and courageous—steps we can take as humans. I’m glad you’re here and taking these first steps toward healing.
My name is Jennifer. I have been a yoga instructor for over two decades, and through this work my interest in mental health and therapy naturally evolved. I am deeply passionate about connecting with people on a meaningful level to support wellness, resilience, and improved daily functioning.
I am dually licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor-In Training. My therapeutic approach is empathy-driven and person-centered, meaning you guide your care while I provide clinical expertise using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance-based approaches. I believe each person has an innate ability to heal, shift perspectives, and grow when provided with the right support.
I specialize in treating anxiety, substance misuse, interpersonal relationships, trauma, Veteran-specific issues, and women-centered concerns. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, from children as young as five through mature adulthood.
As a proud Navy Veteran, I understand the unique rewards and challenges that military life can place on both service members and their families. It is truly my privilege to work with individuals who have current or past military or civil service careers.
