Hi, I’m Allison, and I believe healing can happen both in the therapy room and out in the world through movement, adventure, and meaningful connection.

 

I work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem struggles, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, focused on helping clients feel understood, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and build healthier ways of coping and engaging in their lives.

 

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I strongly believe in the healing power of movement, experiential work, and connection with the outdoors. When appropriate, I incorporate nature-based and experiential approaches that support emotional growth, confidence, resilience, and mind-body integration. I believe that time in movement and in nature can create powerful opportunities for regulation, clarity, and self-discovery.

 

My work offers a more experiential and connected path to growth, supporting change that feels grounded and personal, where what you learn in therapy is carried into everyday life.
